The challenge was to translate complex labor regulations into a clear learning experience that helps employees quickly grasp the principles behind wage and hour compliance.
Approach
The course was designed as a visually guided learning experience that simplifies regulatory concepts through illustration and narration.
Instead of relying on stock photography or text-heavy slides, the training uses a consistent illustrated style to represent workplace situations and explain key compliance scenarios. These visuals help learners quickly understand how wage and hour rules apply in everyday work environments.
Narration was incorporated throughout the course to guide learners through the content and reinforce important concepts, creating a more accessible and engaging learning flow.
