CPNI regulations protect sensitive customer telecommunications data, while PCI standards ensure the secure handling of credit card and payment information. For employees working in telecom retail environments, understanding these requirements is essential to prevent data breaches and maintain customer trust.
However, compliance training on topics such as CPNI and PCI is often perceived as repetitive and difficult to retain.
The challenge was to redesign this mandatory training into a concise and engaging learning experience that clearly explains regulatory requirements while maintaining learner attention.
The Approach
The course was designed as a visually driven learning experience that combines short learning modules with scenario-based interactions.
An AI-generated virtual presenter guides learners through key compliance concepts, while realistic retail scenarios help employees understand how data protection rules apply to everyday customer interactions.
Gamified elements and knowledge checks reinforce critical concepts and encourage active participation throughout the training.
